Terms and Conditions - Sims & Co Realty Dash with the Cash Promotion – 2025
General
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Who Can Enter
1. Entry is open to New Zealand property owners who are in Whanganui not currently on the market and who reside in areas serviced by AndCo Realty 16 Limited (‘Eligible Entrants’).
2. The Promoter is AndCo Realty 16 Limited – Sims & Co Realty (‘the Promoter’). The Promoter’s business address is 17 Victoria Avenue, Whanganui 4500
How to Enter
4. To enter, eligible entrants must contact the Promoter directly for a property appraisal, and have an appraisal completed. Entry is strictly limited to property owners who enter into a sole agency agreement with the Promoter, and subsequently enter into an unconditional contract for the sale of their property, before 1 November 2025.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or terminate this offer and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
6. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Number of Entries Permitted
11. Only one entry is permitted per property.
Open, Close, and Draw Dates
12. The promotion commences on Thursday 22nd May 2025 and concludes 1 November 2025.
13. The prize winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of eligible entrants on 1 November at 5pm.
14. The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
Prizes on Offer
15. The main prize is a $5,000 travel voucher and a $10,000 cash prize.
16. All eligible entrants will receive a consolation prize of a luxury hamper.
17. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash (except for the main cash prize) and must be accepted as offered.
18. Acceptance of a prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s name and image for promotional and media purposes.
Further Terms and Conditions
19. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or seeks to manipulate the promotion.

Limitation of Liability
21. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
